GeoMx technology

Nanostring GeoMx is a probe-based spatial transcriptomics technology that allows for the profiling of RNA expression (as well as ) in a spatially resolved manner. The technology is based on the use of a panel of oligonucleotide probes that are designed to target specific RNA transcripts. These probes are conjugated to a photocleavable linker that allows for the release of the captured RNA molecules for downstream analysis.
